1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the website of Deepika Shrivastava (“Site”), including public pages, sign-in, payment checkout, and paid video content, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may change these Terms at any time; the “Last updated” date will be revised. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

The Site includes: (a) a public homepage and related content about Airbnb business consulting; (b) links to book 1:1 calls (e.g. via Topmate); (c) account registration and sign-in at /access; and (d) a paid video course served on the Site (e.g. under /course) streamed via our video infrastructure after successful payment. Checkout on the Site uses Razorpay. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or services with or without notice.

3. Accounts and conduct

Streaming access does not sell or transfer ownership of any content. 5. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g. Topmate, Instagram, Razorpay, Mux, and an optional external Udemy listing). We do not control those services; your use of them is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability.

6. Purchases and refunds

Purchases of calls on external platforms (e.g. Topmate) are processed by those platforms; their payment terms, refunds, and cancellations apply. On-Site course payments processed via Razorpay are subject to Razorpay’s terms and applicable law; any refund or cancellation policy we offer for those payments will be as stated on the Site or in separate written agreement. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from consulting or educational content.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and services are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Information and advice (including consulting and course content) are for general guidance only and do not constitute legal, tax, or professional advice. Your results may vary; we do not guarantee any particular business or financial outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deepika Shrivastava and her affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or services.
